Welcome to Young Construction Services. We specialise in the development of new builds, extensions, refurbishments and renovations throughout Kent. Our team of reliable and highly skilled tradesmen work to an extremely high standard and are guaranteed to ensure that every project runs smoothly and efficiently.
We started off as Young Carpentry almost 15 years ago, where we were solely a carpentry contractor and gradually expanded into general construction. The move into general construction was due to our interest in the entire building process and overseeing a project from beginning to end. Since the move, our projects have got larger and our team has continued to grow.
Each member of our team are qualified in their specific trade, holding either a City & Guilds diploma or NVQ. Our electricians are NICEIC registered and our plumbers are gas safe certified. Rest assured, we are fully covered for up to £10,000,000 with Allianz commercial insurance, which covers public, product and employers’ liability, contract works and legal expenses.
Many of our clients approach us without existing drawings, planning permission or building control in place. In such cases, we work closely with architects to design your build and secure planning. We also liaise with building control to ensure compliance with regulations. If you already have these in place, that’s perfect – we can start your project right away.
